    Reporting to the Head of Voice and Speech for the Yale School of Drama Acting Program, this individual will teach voice to graduate Acting students and serve as voice and text coach for student productions, and on occasion, for professional productions at Yale Repertory Theatre. Applicants must possess a passion for teaching voice and have a strong aptitude for diagnosing voice- and speech-related habits and a proven ability to effect change. The desire and ability to collaborate with other voice and speech faculty, as well as with faculty from other disciplines and departments, is necessary. Professional credits as a vocal coach, and a minimum 5 years teaching experience in a conservatory environment are required.  Certification in one of the prominent techniques of voice production is preferred.  The appointment will be as an Assistant Professor Adjunct/Associate Professor Adjunct and will be for a multiple year term beginning July 1, 2017, renewable, and includes competitive salary with full faculty benefits.
