Gifts Administrator, Rhode Island Foundation

The Foundation is currently seeking a Gifts Administrator to be responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient processing and acknowledgement of gifts to the Foundation. In addition, this position provides top level support to the donor services administrator.

    The Foundation is currently seeking a Gifts Administrator to be responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient processing and acknowledgement of gifts to the Foundation. In addition, this position provides top level support to the donor services administrator. 

     

    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a professional office setting with customer contact and comfort with technology tools and resources including data entry, reporting, and document preparation, proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and familiarity with Blackbaud, FIMS, and IGAM. In addition, the ideal candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail in monitoring work quality and accuracy, adaptability, and cooperative approach to working as a member of a team in a fast paced environment.
