Our target number of MantecaHTX registrants for the first year is 200 artists. We plan to achieve this goal by establishing a strong presence beyond our publicized launch with multiple exhibitions that feature members, networking in conjunction with LAN conference and Hispanic Heritage Month events, and local contacts utilizing word of mouth and social media. Our website metrics will provide a lot of helpful information regarding general traffic, registrations, and how much these activities increase after a given event/publicity campaign. As we begin to finalize our long-range plans in fall 2019, we will also use the site’s own registration information to send a survey to participants about the project’s impact. Our artists and users can tell us the most about the site’s successes and needs for improvement, as well as how our resource has affected their community building and professional lives.
