Laura Molinar was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. She is the founder of Sueños Sin Fronteras of Texas, a grassroots collective that provides humanitarian relief and resources to asylum seekers at the TX/Mexico border. Laura received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of the Incarnate Word. She has worked at a variety of organizations such as UT School of Public Health, Mujeres Latinas en Acción, and University of Chicago’s Urban Poverty Lab. She has been playing guitar and writing music for 14 years.
